The British are coming!

Sunny pop-rockers Switches have announced U.S. tour dates. The British newcomers name David Bowie, The Beach Boys and The Dandy Warhols amongst their primary influences, and their music has been described by Head Explorer as "jaded indie rock to dance to like disco spastics." Midwest tour dates include Feb. 13 at the Magic Stick in Detroit, Feb. 14 at the 20th Century Theatre in Cincinnati, Feb. 15 in Columbus' Newport Music Hall and Feb. 16 at Cleveland's Agora Ballroom. Their record, "Heart Tuned To D.E.A.D," will be released in the U.S. early in the new year.
