And LOST has returned...

Every Thursday that LOST is on, I end up going to bed confused and trying to figure out what the hell happened. No matter how frustrated I get at the show though, I always keep coming back for more. Last night was no exception, raising even more questions than answering them. (SPOILERS for those of you who prefer to TiVo or indulge in the amazingness that is online full episodes) Who really are the people who claimed they were the rescuers (we find out that they never planned on getting them off the island)? Why is the doctor dead and why did Daniel lie about the Morse code message? What is the deal with Jack?



And then there's everything with Ben. I'm more curious about him than ever. But his character is getting more far-fetched than ever at the same time. Apparently he controls the smoke monster thing (yea, what??). He uses that secret room where all of his travel things are to time travel? In this episode, he goes to Tunisia; Iraq, where he meets up with a future Sayid; and London, where he creepily finds Charles Widmore ("wake up, Charles..."). Also, what is the relationship between the two of them?

Last night's was a busy episode with a lot of action and too much to keep track of. But no doubt I'll be sitting in front of the TV getting confused again next week. Oh LOST, why do you do this to me? -Diana
