She gone!
Having some free time yesterday afternoon, I caught up on my CSI. Thank you On-Demand. But poor Sarah. After getting stuck under a car in the desert by some psycho, the unforgiving task of being a CSI finally gets to her. In her last episode on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, an old case comes back to haunt her surrounding a 14 year old girl who took the blame for a murder her brother committed. The little punk is up to no good again, helping her brother drug his girlfriend, and then pushes her out a window! I swear, if my kid ever gets to learning how to make drugs, I will have no problem beating some sense into them. A good old-fashioned spanking!
But how sad is it that during this whole season, Sarah hasn't been able to get past the demons that haunt her! The episode ends with her walking straight up to Grissom and giving him a kiss, then her cutting her name badge off of her vest and leaving it in the new girl's locker. She then leaves a note for Grissom, explaining she cannot do it anymore and that she'll love him always. Grissom totally gets shafted, he was totally going to marry her. And who knows if Ronnie, the new girl, will live up to the legendary Sarah Sidle.
I can only say that we'll miss her. And if you listen to the Sean Kingston song "Beautiful Girls" you can replace the line "They'll have you suicidal, suicidal" with "We'll miss you Sarah Sidle, Sarah Sidle" and you'll totally feel sad too. -Lizelle
