Dixie diva Dolly Parton's back in town this February 29, when she'll be performing at the Chicago Theatre. Tickets go on sale December 17, so act now if you plan on cozying up to Dolly's sweet country tunes post-Valentine's Day. She's got 7 Grammys and 25 no. 1 country tunes under her sparkly belt, not to mention one of the only legitimate hourglass figures since Sophia Loren (what I mean by that, I'm not sure).
