Holy Mole-y!
Before Anderson Cooper was the CNN hottie he is today and before he touched our hearts with his in-depth, emotional Hurricane Katrina coverage, he was behind one of the first clever reality shows –- The Mole. Well, not behind necessarily, rather out in front. He hosted the show, where people had to try and figure out who was the planted Mole who cunningly tried to derail the players' efforts before they figure out who he or she was and walk away with a buttload of cash. The show started in Belgium in 1999 and eventually made its way to the US in 2001, where it had two regular seasons and two celebrity seasons. And now ... the Mole is coming back. This summer the show Mensa hailed that as the smartest show on television will re-enter the zeitgeist and you can take a crack at showing if you're smart enough to play. An open casting call will take place on Feb. 2 from 4 pm to 9 pm at Martini Park (151 W. Erie, 312-640-0577). Head to the Mole Casting site for more information.

The longer the Writer Strike, the more reality and games shows get rectified.
Anyone rememeber BBC's "Spy". It was actually really cool -- they need to Americanize THAT mofo.
