Enjoying the new issue of UR Chicago yet? Lots of people have been asking about the cover. A lot of people think it's an illustration. Others think that we photoshop-ed the hell out of it. Incorrect! The cover is made entirely of paper. My arm is actually painted white. Then we photographed the entire installation. If you still don't believe me, I've still got the paper cuts to prove it. 
And what's the best response to the recent cover?
Julian: A homeless man on Broadway and Wilson says he thinks this month's cover is the "dank stank" ... I'm pretty sure that means awesome.

oh man, and the other day i went to the grocery store and this girl told me that plastic bottles are not good for me any more. and i was all like "what the hell, dude?" and she said "i know, i know" but then she was all like "why dont you buy a metal bottle to put things in?" and i was like "i see whats's going on here"

What an awesome cover! I can't find any hardcopy issues anywhere though! *frown face*. There doesn't seem to be any (at least near MagMile where I was snooping around.)
